Making memories ... salt dough

Last summer, while I was in France, we started the important mission of "making memories" with my mum.
Chloé was 5 and 1/2 months and it was time to get her hand and foot prints. The easiest and cheapest way when you have an oven is taking them in the salt dough, and that's just what we have done! Here are some pictures of the session.... quite funny!
Taking hand prints first: Foot prints: Happy results:
Since then I have taken Chloé's prints one more time, and painted them in a frame... I am also planning to get her portrait done and another mission is to start making the first year's album. I should not wait too long...otherwise it might never happen!

Back to the old time...

Today I feel like sharing with you some creation done a couple of years ago, when I devoted myself exclusively to fashion...

Chinatown...

Birthday Party II....

Now the pictures taken on the day itself...I know I am rather late, but you would not believe me if I tell you I have been soooo busy this week, it is a shame. Being an almost full time mum is pretty tiring and I did not get so many other things done (apart from the wedding invitation which are finally printed). Just an hour before the beginning, in the kitchen Chloé and her friend Ava chatting in the kitchen... Chloé and Olivia, one of her closer friends The birthday cake wasn't great, it was a new recipe and obviously it did not come out that well...Poor Chloé... But she did not mind having a bit or two...haha

MakingOff - Birthday Party...

Hi All!
Chloé turned 1 successfully and she had a wonderful day (I think)...here are pictures of the making off of the birthday party. I put a lot of efforts in it and I was completely exhausted last Thursday! It all startet by the Birthday invitation I designed myself: There were pink and white balloons all over the place on the walls and some on the floor as well, kids love them! This is Chloé's playground in the lounge room... Late in the evening of the day before her party...making the small gifts guests will bring back home... Pink for girls... ...blue for boys Tomorrow pictures and story of the party!
